The operations team provides the hands-on business experience that helps you understand how to implement a cost-effective program.  A structured four (4) week training course includes product preparation, staff development and staff operations.  You will also spend time with the Franchisor’s training team before, during and after the opening.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT MARKETING MY STORE BEFORE IT IS OPENED?

Long before the location opens, the Franchisor’s marketing team will create awareness about the store with banners, social media and concentrated publicity.  Once the store is opened, strategic and focused grand opening campaigns are implemented and are designed to create an instant customer base in the surrounding area.

HOW MUCH SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE BEYOND OPENING WEEK?

You will have access to the Franchise support team for ongoing training, questions, and advice.  Annual and quarterly franchise meetings give franchisees and their management teams the opportunity to learn about new programs, sample products, receive training and share information.
