TELL ME MORE ABOUT TRAINING AND MARKETING SUPPORT |
|
Initial training will be held at the Franchisor’s headquarters for two weeks. You will then run your business for about 6-7 weeks while gaining true on-the-job-experience. You will then be invited back for additional training covering specifics related their experience working the business. The Franchisor has found this type of training to be extremely successful and something the Franchise Owners rave about. Ongoing support. It is the Franchisor’s responsibility to help Franchise Owners maximize their revenues and productivity. Because of this, outside of lead generation assistance and the Franchisor’s call center, they also offer regular support calls, webinars, and training modules. You will also foster a support network among our existing Franchise Owners. Like any family, Franchise Owners constantly look out for each other offering a unique support. The Franchisor’s field support comes mostly from your network of Franchise Owners who are broken down by region and we have paid consultants available to answer any questions or issues that arise. Marketing. The Franchisor assists in the creation and maintenance of promotional materials including direct mail and print ads, consumer relations, website development, search engine optimization, and the development of technology. The Franchisor hosts annual meetings either in late winter or early spring. |
